General NOTE for all ORACLES participants in Namibia
Before you depart Namibia and head back to the USA you are required to hand in your AIRPORT BADGE and vest to ESPO
Have your VISA paperwork handy as they have been known to ask for it on departure

Forecast/flight planning meeting: 8am
Science Meeting: 5pm
P-3 Aircraft Access: 0900-1500. Note: There will be no power from 0900-0945 because of RSP work. Other experimenters can plan on arriving at 0945.
ER-2 Aircraft Access: 0900-1300
Shuttle schedule:
Hotel to airport: Every hour, on the hour, 8am to 11am
Airport to Hotel: 12, 1, 2, 3, 3:30
