For packing/shipping questions, contact Andrew Thompson at (650)455-4964.
Place your hazmats in the staging area of the hangar by noon Thursday.
If you have any equipment packed and ready, bring it to the staging area.
Non-flyers: you can bring luggage to DC8 Friday to be carried on transit (if you want to travel light commercially).
Flyers: bring luggage to DC8 on Monday (can also bring bags Friday if you like).
When the aircraft has power, please walk a perimeter/wide path to the aircraft. Walk around it, not under it.
When the pilots are on the aircraft, especially nearing ‘doors close’ time, stay wide, but walk in front of the plane (not behind).
DC-8 is now a nut-and-nut-product-free zone.
