This file is a reformatted version of the original AAOE data, such that it
conforms to the exchange file format standards adopted for AASE II.
RDATE is unknown so it has been set to the production date of the AAOE CD-ROM.
The data descriptor flags are used to indicate whether the recorded data values
are considered correct (1), or if the values are only known to be less than the
recorded value (-1).
A data value of zero indicates the measurement is below detection limits.
