This submittal is only a time shift form previous submittal by -10 sec to sync to O3 time.
F113 data was removed when it fell more than 10 sigma away from neighboring points.
Usually larger than twice tropospheric values.  This is presumably due to bubbles
of trapped gas randomly working into the pump through the seals.   F113
contamination in the hangar was more 100 times the tropospheric value. 
When the F113 contamination was particularly large, the neighboring F11 peak was affected 
and was also removed form the data set.  The other missing data points are associated 
with zero air and calibration injections.  Error bars quoted include all the statistical 
error occurred in going from raw integrations to final calibrated numbers. 
In addition there is the following error associated with the accuracy of our calibration 
tanks: F11+-1.1%, F113+-2.0%, F12+-2.0%, H1211+-3%, SF6+-3%.
