DATA_INFO: Measurements are reported as 0.5 sec averages and in units of pptv. CAUTION: Do not extrapolate data outside of given 
time interval as these are discrete measurements. Calibration was conducted ~once per hour during the flight using H2O2 and HNO3
calibrants, and proxied to SO2 using laboratory calibrations.  Absolute calibration was obtained in the laboratory
by gravimetric loss from perm tube, and from FTIR spectroscopy. Zeros were conducted ~3 times per hour by passing ambient air
through a filter containing nylon wool coated with NaHCO3.
